If you are not wanting to do any permanent modifications to your receiver, or are not capable of drilling and tapping holes, or even taking it to a gunsmith but still want to have the benefits of a flat top rail system then this is the option for you. The rail will mount with the OEM mounting locations with the addition of a screw that will mount through the front hole. The square nut provided will lock the front of the rail in place for secure mounting. The rails come standard painted with Brownells ALUMA-HYDE® II in Matte black.
